Reunion Dinner

Logline: Richard and his American girlfriend attend a family gathering centered around the Lunar New Year. Tensions rise when Richard's mother delves beneath the surface to reveal the true nature of Richard's relationship and his life away from home. Richard must now have a choice to make that will affect both the family dynamic and his own personal integrity.

Research was crucial to the design of this film. We watched films, interviewed folks of Chinese descent, and attended Lunar New Year celebrations.
